Update on Tariffs
At Bradford White Corporation, our commitment to manufacturing our products in Middleville, MI and other U.S. facilities is part of our foundation, and a key pillar of the company. We proudly manufacture the vast majority of our products in America using materials and components from around the world. You’ll soon notice a new label on all Bradford White products that are manufactured in one of our six U.S. manufacturing facilities across five states. This new label, seen above, honors our dedication to America as well as American craftspeople. We are extremely proud of our manufacturing and sourcing strategy and are thrilled to have this recognition prominently displayed across our robust product portfolio.
Our products are Built to be the Best® and that reaches far beyond the assembly lines. We’re committed to ensuring our contractor customers are installing high-quality water heating, space heating, and water storage products designed by American engineers and manufactured by American craftspeople under strict quality standards. We are also here to support professionals in the field. Our For The Pro® program is rooted in the understanding that professional tradespeople stake their names and reputations on the products they recommend to customers. We owe it to contractors to provide products, services, and support quickly, reliably, and through a variety of resources. At Bradford White, we believe in manufacturing where we live and work, and that is here in the United States of America.
As you are likely aware, tariffs have made headlines over the last few days for both being imposed and delayed on several countries. While we do not manufacture any of our products in Mexico, Canada, nor China, tariffs could potentially impact some of the components and raw materials we use in production. We are monitoring the news and world events closely and will communicate any necessary actions if/when they’re warranted.
In order to maintain a stable and consistent flow of products, we reserve the right to limit orders received to your normal monthly purchase volume, or as our inventory position and production capacity will allow. Order volume and any pending tariff impacts will dictate if a limit to orders will be necessary.
Thank you for your continued support and patience during this fluid situation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your Regional Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
